Lucette is the brand: the blowse is nice but it's the feather cape that is the real killer, i'm not sure how i feel about it over the blouse, probably over something different, what no idea?
I bought some green velvet and some feathers, going to make a ladykiller dress and put feathers on the shoulders. Let's see how well it goes. Definitely need more feathers though. Why o they cost to much, rar.
